Mr Zhang Qiying was the manager of Shanghai Sachs Huizhong Shock Absorber Co. Ltd (HSH) from 2003 to 2006, and the project manager of Shanghai Representative Office of Aerodyn Energiesysteme GmbH and the assistant to the president from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, he served as Director of Technology Centre and Technical Director of Guodian United Power Technology Co., Ltd. From 2014 to September 2019, Mr Zhang Qiying served as Vice President of Engineering Research and Development, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Operating Officer of Mingyang. From September 2019 to March 2020, he served as Director, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Operating Officer. From March 2020 to August 2025, he served as a board member, Chief Operating Officer and ChiefTechnology Officer. From August 2025 to now, he has remained amember of the board of directors and President of Business.
