As of the market close on November 22, 2022 of the London Stock Exchange, the remaining number of the Global Depository Receipts issued by the Company (the "GDRs") is 16,539,405, less than 50% of the issued number of GDRs which is 33,660,500 as approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (including the exercise of the Over-Allotment Option).
